diet drinks

Whats the deal with diet coke, pepsi and so on. Are the a good thing or a bad thing. I drink a ton of water but every once in a while i need something besides milk and water. I did a search and didnt find anything.

Diet coke and pepsi are all good. Some people say that if you drink two liters or so of diet coke, it actually acts as a good diuretic. I don't know how true this is, but I heard it and thought i should share. Peace
