I woke up this morning late as usual and drank some Diet Dr Pepper before my 45 minutes of low intensity running. Then I finished the run and had some more Diet Dr Pepper, almost finishing the 2 liter bottle. By the time I was done cooking my eggs, cutting my pineapple and cooking my oats, I felt like I was going to puke and my head felt like it had been microwaved on high power. WTF! I then drank a shitload of water, ate my stuff and it still took over 3 hours to feel somewhat better. I think I have conditioned my taste buds to dislike aspartame now.
Does anyone know why I felt so shitty from this?
