Any bro's out there used any of the available software for tracking progess ? I saw one awhile back that took in account every detail you could think of and graphed trends and such. Like a journal but it analyzed it and gave lot's of feeback.

If so please provide name or url to the company's www site.

Here is a link to a free trial of the only one I can find right now. I looked into one a few months back but cannot recall the name, nor can I find it on the net. Since we log workouts and diets anyways, I feel this is a great place to do vs. spreadsheet or in ink. Then all data can be combinded and manipulated.

The one I use is pretty good. Not geared towards hard core lifters but it by far gets the job done. Tracks everything you can think of. How much sleep your gettting, calories burned during cardio. Goal cals burned minus BMR, diet, ect. You can also save your workouts, graph them over time to track you progress. You can download a free 30 day trial version. Its called crosstrainer but dont remember the site I got it off of. Just run a search it wont be hard to find.
