diet advice please

can anyone send me a layout of their diet it woukd really help me out.

how would it help you out. do you weigh the same as i? do you expend as many calories as me? are you tolerant to the same foods as me? there is no "one size fits all diet" for everyone. you need to build it to suit your goals, bodytype, size, metabolism etc. good luck.

Yeahhh very good point, I used to look for other people's diet plans and stuff but then I made up my own based on 40/40/20 spit and started watching what it does to me, and then started modifying it to reach my goals. So make one up, give it a week or so, see what it did to you, change it around.....it's fun

40-30-30 is better IMO. Fat is good

There is an unbelievable amount of diets out there:

I like:
33/33/33 very simple (protein/carb/fat)
50/20/30 (protein/carbs/fat)
