Did i do too much damage to my diet??

Im taking Fina, Winny and am down to around 7-9 % bf.

Im on a super low carb diet with lots of protein and good fats.

The thing is once in a while ill go nuuuuts and eat everything for one day..

Yesterday i ate.

1 Boston market chicken 2 sides

4 slices of pizza, and a chicken roll

5 candy bars..sneakers, m&ms and some other ones

4 hot dogs with everything on them

3 more slices of pizza before going to sleep.

Do u think this is doing alot of damage to my diet?

Cause whenever i do this the next day i feel tight as hell and all my veins are showing.. I guess maybe my body just grabs it all up and burns it up quick since i never give it this stuff...

I always do this and the next day u cant see the abs as well but feel tight as hell..

3 days later i look better..
 
I sweat like a pig after doing something like that and the next day my kidneys tend to hurt a little but i had to do it i was in the worst of mooods....
 
We all do this, posting about it on a forum aint gonna change it bro, just get your ass back in gear, bust a gut in the gym and when you do cardio and rectify your mistakes
 
We don't ALL do this....this (if accurate) was the EXTREME.....I bet I could barely get through 2 candy bars.........just too healthy right now, diet is on point, and my sytem wouldn't take it......Boston Chicken I can handle...but Pizza and Hot dogs???? Why bother.......Give me a fat ass juicy T-Bone and some fluffy mashed potatoes with hot butter and gravy and I'll be happy as a clam!!!!!!!!!!!!


Or a jar of peanut butter.........something with at least SOME decent calories.......

100-1 says you felt WORSE afterwards than you did before....
 
I believe we call that carb loading. No in fact, doing that sort of think while on a keto diet is beneficial. After 5 or more days of ketosis, you can take day and eat anything you want, and you will not gain bodyfat from it. Your body will tend to supercompensate and store all of the carbs you eat in your mucles and liver as glycogen (you'll just burn most of the fat you eat as fuel, since fat is now your body's prefered fuel source), in higher concentrations than your body would normally.
 
I find that when cutting on a ckd, I can get away with a whole stuffed crust from pizza hut on my carb up day and still loose 3 ibs a week.
