I just flew in from Vegas. Saw Tool last night at the Palms casino in their new venue called "The Pearl." New place, seats 2500, no seat further than 120 feet from the stage. I had KILLER seats.

During Lateralus the drummer from System of a Down (John) jammed out with Danny Carey!

i'm going there this summer. going to look into booking a week at the bellagio sometime within the next few days.

my weekend was good. except for a houseguest, that doesn't allow me much privacy or "down time", which i really enjoy on the weekends, but, i went out to a nice dinner, got some stuff done around the house, had good sex, good wine, and the weather was beautiful.

i went out to a club with this girl i met at another club 2 weeks ago. it was pretty cool, but her stupid friend (fat moron) drank too much so they left early. it was me and my 2 buddies by ourselves so we started doing the only normal thing to do: hit on anything thatmoved. after a few no's we finally started dancing with some hotties , one of them licked my eye- no joke (long story). danced with more women, club closes. we go home.

visited some peeps at boston college. talk about a miserable school! only one bar on campus, and it closes early. sick ass dining hall though. downtown boston is legit as well.

bought a nice road bicycle, got 35 miles in yesterday and already commuted to and from work today. Rockin out.

worked half the day on saturday then went to mass saturday night with my wife and kids for my neice's first communion. . .party afterward. . .had a few beers and ate all sorts of non-diet food. . .the wife and i took the kids to the zoo yesterday then chuck e cheese after (bad/good food again). . .then i worked for a couple of hours last night. . .today it's time to pay the calorie-piper. . .

Let's see... Almost became a card carrying member of the SWV's Friday, didn't really sleep. Worked out Saturday, did a ton of yard work to not think about SWVery,dog park, barbecue and party (flew solo), got shitty, took a stupid pic of myself in a visor that I may post for Gambino's amusement. Recovered yesterday and spent the day in awkward silence.

I may start looking for a new place today. Meh.
