Diary Of a Dynasty: My First Cycle

Thanks all for tracking my progress. At the end of the week, I'll give a full update on all my stats and numbers on lifts.

Just wanted to post up a few thoughts. I've been using Proviron for a few weeks now, and I slipped up over Thanksgiving and forgot to take a few days worth and I've noticed a slip in sexual desire (although with the wife on the rag, it didnt matter anywho). It's not like I can't get it up, that's no prob, just the sex drive has dropped off a bit. Started taking the Proviron on schedule this week so hopefully that kicks back up to speed.

In other notes, I've been getting alot of comments from people on how big I'm starting to get. The owner of the company I work for was a former Mr. Maryland, he's a real big guy, and he's really impressed with my progress and my lifts.

I've been running Letro for a few weeks along with AIFM (I'm highly gyno prone) and I've been dry as can be.

And lastly, I've noticed a major change in my Lats, they have grown huge now and pop up something crazy, most notably the biggest area of gain since I've started this cycle. I assume there is one particular area in everyone that grows a bit more then others, and for me it's been my back. I plan to get someone to take pics soon to show my progress half way through.
 
Been sometime now since I've updated this. The holidays have been crazy, and the weather turned very cold fast where I live, so I've failed to get new pics taken as I do them outside with my camera phone for best results.

So I'm into Week 8 now, last week I felt like my progress slowed a bit, but this week things have changed. I'm gearing a different mentality now, and decided to throw in some T3 and Clen to combat with Fat loss....I just can't stand this belly fat anymore and I wanna trim down, so I figured for the last few weeks of my cycle I'd toss them in along with some cardio, some time in the sauna, and I should continue progress, and cut fat as well.

This week we're rotating our workout schedule, gonna start hitting everything alot harder and do compound excersises like squats and benching more then once a week. My bench numbers have floated the same, but my squats have jumped up crazy high, hit 400 lbs for 10 reps, a new mark for myself and it felt incredible, my quads are killing me now as we speak, but that's a great thing :evil:

I've lowered my calorie count down to around the 2500 range now and changed my diet up, going to be eating very lean now to trim down, yet continue my gains. Basically it means it's time to become best friends with tuna, bleh. I'll suck it up though. I've lowered my carb intake as well. I'll only be consuming carbs early in the day, basically right before my weight training and right afterwards and that's it. This program worked well for me in the past w/o AAS. So now more eating like a cow, I enjoyed eating alot but it's time to shave the fat down.

AH, indeed, it has been sometime since I've updated this. The holidays have been hectic, lack of net time, but have stayed focused in the gym and with my training as well as eating clean despite my families poor holiday habits, lol.

Since the last time I've updated this, I've made a complete change for the better. I've dropped a considerable amount of bodyfat along with not only maintaining, but adding addition muscle.

I'm on week 11 right now and I still feel great. I've decided to run the Deca until week 12, drop it, then run the Test E until week 14 upon hitting PCT. I am also going to attempt the 10mg AM Dbol method as well, which I will also keep a log off here.

Back to the present, like I've said, I've dropped some fat, I'm down to 208 last time I weighted myself, but I look and feel leaner and more vascular, and overall weight gain is not my focus, but gaining high quality, lean muscle. My strength has dropped a bit, but Im not gonna let that bog me down any cus it's obvious that was to occur upon dropping fat and water weight. Right now I'm much more satisifed with my appearance then I was a month ago before I threw the Clen and T3 and worked on shedding the fat as well. I should have just focused on a neutral balance of fatloss and muscle gain the entire time instead of overeating and going overboard to the point that I would added fat on. I've dropped two belt sizes as well which is great cus the Mrs likes me more ripped anyway. The definition in my legs is much more improved, along with my chest, arms, back, shoulders and even abs. Hell overall I feel much better and not having that extra gut feels great.

The Future
Like I said, Week 12 I will drop the Deca. Week 14 I drop the Test. I will run PCT, and add in the AM Dbol. I'll be taking time off which = my time on. Then in the viscinity of May I intend to run a Spring cycle to get ready even more ripped and jacked up for the summer. As it stands I am leaning towards running a Test Prop/Tren Ace combo for 6-8 weeks pending how I handle sides. I feel the sides on the Deca/Test cycle have been very minimual, actually the only side I've had issues with is the acne, and I can deal with that cus I tan. No loss of sexual interest, no hair loss, nothing else to note. The only thing Im not so sure about with the Test Prop/Tren Ace combo cycle for spring would be the everyday pokes, not to sure how that'd treat my ass, maybe others could fill me in with their experiences or input? Thanks all for viewing and I will continue to follow up with updates during PCT into my spring cycle as well.

As for the future cyc:
Test prop/ Tren A is a sick cycle. Great for cutting. Nothing cuts like Tren, I'm running a Test-E/Tren Ace /Var cycle right now. The ed pokes is fine as long as you rotate the jabs. I usually just rotate delts, glutes, quads and sometimes hit the calves all though thats been new.

Update: Cycle Complete, PCT Started

I plan to get more pics down in the exact poses I had in my before pics so the results are easier to notice in the same posture.

All together I'd say I gained roughly 15 lbs of lean muscle. Figuring in that before pic, which was taken I believe in September, I had gotten my weight as low as 189 lbs (I use to be overweight so last summer my goal was trimming down)....then during this cycle I got up to 220lbs at one point, but some was fat. Now I'm as small around the waist at 205 as I was at 189, abs are even more defined under the small layer of fat, but overall more muscle, especially my back, it's huge. Got a good V figure going on.

So I've had some cases of the Clomid blues....noticed I've been a bit moodier then usual lately....

I've never had a loss of libido or problems "getting it up" at all on this cycle, so I guess I'm one of the lucky few that doesn't get any of the dreaded sides from Deca, except for the acne. The acne has been hell, even worse now since I've been off.

Recovery has been smooth, considering I've been off now since the first week in Jan (I decide to end sooner then I last said I would), which is roughly 4 weeks (I'm 2nd week in on Clomid). I haven't lost any size yet or strength either, so that's a plus. After sometime off, in the spring I plan to run Tren/Test/EQ and work on getting more jacked. Will update with anything further.
