Diary Of a Dynasty: My First Cycle

Just updating this, today was Test & Deca day and I had to poke myself a good 5 times. Appearently I was going too low, and it didn't feel right as my other pokes did. Took me awhile to finally get that puppy right, I felt like a fool and had a few good bloody holes in my rear that resembled a circle, lol

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem? :p

Stats Update

Weight: 214 lbs
Arms: 17 1/4"
Waist: 35"
Upper Torso: 47"
( ^ I had someone else measure my upper torso for me, I believe my first measurement from the start was inaccurate)

Injection Update
Have done two full weeks now of Test & Deca, with Test & Deca being done on Fridays, and another round of Test on Mondays. I have finally managed to hit my stride with my pokes, having a good point of reference in a mole on my rear to help pinpoint my pokes and help keep my from going to low, avoiding pain :p

Future plans/goals
The plan is to just bulk, I just want to add as much mass as possible, then in the spring worry about cutting back down. I lost 30 lbs last spring to cut down for the summer w/o AAS, so I know it wont be hard to do again next spring. I want to get up to 230+ during the course of this current winter bulker cycle. The more mass, the better, my diet is dialed in, typically 3500-4000 cals a day on weekdays and a bit above maintence during the weekend (non lifting days). Each week the goal is to push my body to another limit, whether it be more weight then last week, or one more rep then the previous week.

On notes as far as progress, it has been steady thus far 2 weeks in, which is how I wanted it to start off, not too excessive in weight gain or anything- thus my low dose of Dbol.

We've been switching up our workouts to really trick our muscles with something new the past several weeks now. Recently we've incorporated an entire arm day, which was today, nailing bi's and tri's, and that was after hitting the back hard. The pumps were great after the 2 hour session and I felt like Triple H afterwards looking in the mirror. :chomp:

man...ive been off gear for a while due to a run in with an asshole teamate and a coach that looked the other way and told me to cut it out...but ive been thinking about it for a while...and hearing all this bro...its really making me consider a nice cycle before season...good luck bro and keep up the work...keep posting!!!
 
Another quick update...

I've heard alot of talk about deca dick and the lack of sexual interest while on Deca. I was greatly concerned about this issue as I don't want the mrs to feel left out, if you know what I mean...

Well, thus far my sex drive has skyrocketed, possibly the highest it's been since I was a teenage. I assume it's the Test, and hopefully *knock on wood* I won't fall victim to the deca dick syndrome I've heard others talk about. So 3 weeks in, my sex drive is crazy high and all seems well with my body and well being. Acne is about the only side I've experienced and it's not been that bad at all.
 
1 Mth Update

Well Ive been sticking myself now for exactly one month today (friday). My current weight as of today is 222 lbs, which is up 14 lbs from my starting weight. 14 lbs in 1 mth isn't too shabby I suppose.

I feel bigger and can notice a bit of difference when I look at myself in the mirror. Also there's about 4 or 5 shirts I wore in the summer that I can barely squeeze my arms and chest into now. My waist size has stayed the same which is great, and hopefully shall remain that way during this bulker.

I am done with orals now, being the 4th week. I am though running proviron to help keep me dry, along with AIFM.

The strength increases have just began to take effect also, as I notice myself putting up some weights on each body part I couldn't touch a month prior. As of this week, here are my latest stats for the most basic excersises per body part:

Tri Extension: 125 lbs (8 reps)
Bi Curl: 115 lbs (6 reps)
Shoulder Press: 135 lbs (8 reps)
Shrugs: 275 lbs (6 reps)
Bench: 255 lbs (8 reps)
Lat Pulldowns: 160 lbs (10 reps)
Squats: 275 lbs (6 reps)
Deadlift: 275 lbs (6 reps)

I need to invest in some wrist supports so I can go heavier on some workouts w/o feeling like my grip is gonna give out.

Will update my progress as it comes.
 
Monday- Chest

Today I hit a new milestone on the bench, and I can honestly say things are starting to kick in full force. Here are my numbers for today:

Decline
275 lbs (8x)
245 lbs (9x)
235 lbs (10x)
225 lbs (10x)

One month ago I wouldnt even have dreamed of throwing up 275, but did it very comfortably and cant wait to throw up 300 for 8-10 reps. It shouldnt be long until I see that number :evil:
 
Week 5 Update

I've been off the Dbol for a bit over a week now. It appears the reason for my sudden bit of weight loss, nothing major, but I'm down to 218 now, must be water weight that dropped off.

On a positive note, my strength increase is crazy sick now. I can seriously notice the strength gains, especially on the bench. Today of course was Chest today, so here are my numbers:

Decline Bench
300 lbs (6x)
275 lbs (11x)
255 lbs (7x)
245 lbs (6x)

One helluva a jump from one week ago. Just to note, I never bother with a one max rep, as it's not really an important aspect of my training regime. But it feels great to throw up 300 lbs for 6 reps. I will continue to challenge myself every week, and hopefully by the end of this all, I'll be up around 400 on the bench. Keep an eye out, and chart my progress with me, things are really about to get interesting!
 
Dropping 5-10lbs when you come off d-bol it's to be expected. Pushing up 405lbs is a milestone for us all.I don't do 1 rep maxes any more but I do remember the day when I first did 405lbs. Keep us posted you have some solid benches.
