digimon7068 said:Nah. It won't make you fat but, you'll be a lot happier with your results if you're around say 12%BF when you start. Increase your protien, decrease your carbs and do 20 minutes of cardio each morning on an empty stomach (and don't eat ANYTHING for an hour after). Give yourself about six months of that (and do a LOT of research during that period of time), then let us know where you are.
