dianobol help!!....

hi guys...i'm planning of starting with dianobol...its the only one available here....can you guys give me advice on this....side effects, dosage, etc.....tnx!!.... :Perk:
 
I would advise not to just use d-bol alone.. If you cannot use testosterone, than I would reccommend something a little more keepable than d-bol.. Anavar is more realistic for keeping gains.. Wy don't you bump up the cals by 1000-1500. It'll add a few pounds each week....

If you use it alone I would say some 40 mg as spread during the day as you can, along with 20 mg nolvadex (10 mg in the morning 10 mg at night)
for side-effects ill say a LITTLE stomach upset and a LITTLE high blood pressure, if you are prone.

ill add to the sides of possible acne, low back pump, and a good side of general feeling of well being......i agree that you should re think your cycle ideas and if you dont then whats poseted here is as solid as its gonna get for ya....
 
the thought of a full cycle of just dbol makes my liver quiver. better include some tylers if thats your plan. I personally don't like dbol..........gave my gyno even though I was taking nolva

how about HALF THAT... 20mg/day of dbol will do wonders especially for a newbie... and that cuts the side effects way down.
i had zero sides when i ran dbol at 20mg/day and blew the fuck up for those weeks that i used it (in the middle of a test cycle of course) i didnt run them alone.

What to start with: research
How long: for you? at least a year
Dosage: As much as you can cram into your brain ed

well it would help us alot if you post stats along with how long youve been lifting....diet info would be nice as well....then we can help you a little further..
 
ive been lifting for only about 7mos now.....5'6, 165 lbs...24%bf.....id like to gain more muscles thats why i was planning of using dbol....tnx

oh boy...bro you NEED to get that BF down to a more respectable level before you start....and only lifting 7 months you need to read ALOT more and put more time into the gym.......
 
Bro, the first thing, with those stats, is to get on a high protein diet and get on a treadmill 5 times per week at a minimum of 1 hour per session. Get your bodyfat % down to at least 8%. If not, then plan on having a physique of the Pillsbury Doughboy.
 
i see....if i use dbol now wil it make me fat?......is 7 mos to soon to use this?...how long hve you guys been lifting bfore you started?......

7 months is extremely too soon and your bodyfat is way too high...get it down to at minimum 15% first and you can do that through diet and cardio...youll thank us in the long run bro.....i would put a consistent 2 years in the gym, and when i say that i mean all aspects of the training(weights/diet/cardio/rest)....there is no set magical time frame to go by but you want a solid base to build off of not the base of santa claus

7 years, and my bf around 5-6%
 
ok...so i still hve a long way to go.....tnx for all the info guys!!!.....ill just train hard first and give it one more year.....tnx again guys...wish me luck!!!....

Nah. It won't make you fat but, you'll be a lot happier with your results if you're around say 12%BF when you start. Increase your protien, decrease your carbs and do 20 minutes of cardio each morning on an empty stomach (and don't eat ANYTHING for an hour after). Give yourself about six months of that (and do a LOT of research during that period of time), then let us know where you are.
