Try the cottage cheese with your favorite fruit (I like strawberries and blueberries) chopped up in it, some crushed macadamia nuts and sprinkle with some cinnamon.

Try it, and let me know if you think it's still horrific.

ill give it a try cant you eat a shit load of cottage cheese without hurting your diet?

For reall Needto you need to come out with that book bro. I am the same way. I have a Fridge and a micrwave at work. I usually cook all my food the night before to have it ready for work the next day.

When I am dieting I follow this:

Meal 1: 2 cups of oatmeal with 2 scoops of whey (12 egg whites if non-training day)

Meal 2: 8oz lean meat (turkey, chicken, 98% ground beef, lean steak, fish)

Meal 3 (Preworkout): 50gr whey protein shake (sugar free) and an apple

Meal 4: (Postworkout): 50 gr whey protein shake and 50 high glycemic carbs

Meal 5: 8oz lean meat & 25 grams of high glycemic carbs

Meal 6: 8oz lean meat

Meal 7: 8oz lean meat

Meal 8: Casein Protein Shake

This is about 2800-3500 calories depending on meat source and snacks (i have natty pb in between meals if hungry).This is vastly different from when I am adding size.

Bro, is there any particular reason why you don't eat veggies or fruits (or are they taken in as "glycemic carbs"?) Just curious bc the constipation factor on that much meat (at least for me) can be considerable.

never had problems with #2. the more i eat the more i go and vice versa. it never seemed to depend on what i ate though i do take precautions. i take multivitamins & extra fiber. i do have some plain salad but the carbs/cals are negligible. this plan is only for when i am dieting. when i am simply maintaining or gaining they get added back in. i do notice if i do too much fruit it seems to turn to fat quicker. so i keep just one serving of fruits a day.
