Design my next two cycles with what I have

if hes an ectomorph he woould still grow with high cals - the fact he hasnt shows he needs to learn about eating

That's not always the case. I have known a couple of guys that et very clean and a lot but don't put on weight. Their organs just don't absorb what they eat. So even when they eat clean they didn't put on weight. I think this is one of the main reasons that the true hard gainers don't gain. Their bodies don't absorb the nutrition from what they eat. But there are a lot of people that say they are hard gainers but that's because they don't train hard or eat right.

If everybody was the same it would be easy to get your body were you want it. But everybody isn't the same. Everybody has different problems and different strengths. There are a lot of assumptions being made here that just might turn out to be false. I think the poster should post a couple of pictures and that will tell a lot about what he is doing.

maybe the problem is they're eating too clean. Also, usually when you're eating very "clean" you're not eating as much. If the OP kept track of everything he was eating for a month, I bet we'd find the problem.

Ectomorph? I was as ecto as they got broly. To top that off, I have hyperthyroidism, which basically meant my metabolism was in overdrive 24/7. I still gained weight. It was hard, and cost me a lot of money in food. When I figured out I was hyperthyroid (blood test), I got it under control with meds and kept gaining weight on half the calories or less.

If the OP has a legitimate medical condition such as this, then he needs to get that under control first. But, from the sounds of his 19% bodyfat, I seriously doubt he has hyperthyroidism. Even at my "fattest" when I was hyperthyroid, I was never over 10%...didn't matter what I ate or how much I ate. No, it's not as "cool" as it sounds either.

hold off on AAS for another year or two till you get your diet and training dialed in.

One cycle already? How much in gains did that net you? Where you are at now sounds like you could've achieved naturally quite easily. Save your gear, and your money. Use the gear when you'll be able to get the most out of it (when you've learned more about diet/training).

Here is your "actual response" to the question.

and again...

you like microwave meals don't you? You want it all and you want it now. No hard work for you...you'll take the short cut. Sorry, no short cuts here.

You're going to waste your gear (and your money). Why don't you learn how to eat and train, then do that for a few years...then take gear?

:D

You like the answer any better now? That's the only answer you'll get from me. Waste, waste, waste.
