design my 1st injectable cycle please

i recently completed a 6 week deiselbolan course - 2 tabs a day n liked the results and think its time to jump on sum injectables.

im 6ft 2
34 yrs old
192lbs
bout 15% bf
been lifting for about 6yrs


i dont want to be a beast i just want to be bigger n more athletic looking. say 200-210lb 10% want the lean hard look.
dont really want to jab myself with more than 2 shots a week so maybe orals n injectables combined?
any ideas guys?
 
Test E one injection Mon and another on Thursday. Total 500mg per week. Run that for up to 10 weeks. Get your AI and your PCT prior to starting this cycle. The lean and hard look will come from proper diet and training regimen. The test only cycle will allow you to see how your body will react to the basic test compound and then you can add compounds as you like for future cycles one at a time.
 
you need to make the decision and we can help tweak it.

lots of options like superdrol only, test only, dbol only.. etc etc

no matter what research pct and decide what you are gonna do and get all that stuff first. as well as all the supps and precautionary stuff you will need as well.
 
was lookn at 2 x sus 250 a week for 10 weeks. will postcycle/hcgenerate/unleashed be enuff for pct? was also goin to run n2guard during cycle.
then maybe adding something to cut/harden up during the back end or length of cycle??

This is sensible. PCT looks good. Nice addition with the N2 guard.
 
what wud u suggest to throw in to really cut up? besides diet and training as suggested. something to reallt get the abs hanging out

Not trying to avoid your question at all, but.......Abs are made in the kitchen bro. No drug is going to get them for you. If you do the cycle as stated above, you dial in your diet at a caloric deficit but with the right macros, train your ass off, and hit some HIIT cardio a minimum of 3-4 times per week you will get where you are wanting to go bro!
 
My advice:
Cut before u start a cycle. get to around 8-9 BF.

then do:
weeks 1-8
Test P 500/week
Proviron 50/day
Aromasin or Forma ed for AI
you could add anavar if i want to get an even better look

Pct
Aromasin or forma again ed
Clomid + Nolva (better safe than sorry)


HCG if u want throughout cycle, not pct.
 
ive tried to get the bf down with heaps of cardio n cuttin carbs n calories down and i just lost any size. got to about 12% then started wasting away. still trained 4 days a week n ran 4 miles 5 times a week but just couldnt get the 6 pac going. went from 190lb to about 178lb just couldnt get the bf down just kept losing muscle mass so canned the cardio to size back up. hence why im looking for a chemical enhancement to shed bf ;)

you couldn't see your abs because you don't have enough muscle on your frame, with your stats you would most likely have to cut down to about 6-7% to see any defintion in your abs. You need to pack some more muscle on your frame. If you're 6'2 192lbs and 15% bf and have been training for six years then something has gotta be wrong with diet and training it's that simple. Steroids aren't gonna give you a six pack DIET and TRAINING is gonna get you a six pack. Why don't you post up your diet and routine so you can get that in check before you start any type of cycle.

If I were you I would cut down to about 11-12% then bulk with a basic test only cycle and just put as much mass on as possible then cut back down again....just my advice
