dermacrine, for a 17 year old

Daran

New member
(please excuse any incorrect grammar as im hammering this out on a phone) im 17 years old and was interested in using dermacrine as an extra kick foR my gains. im also trying to slim down a bit. im currently 17 165 lbs. unsure of bf, ive got a gut, face fat, etc. now i ask for help because i see alot of older males use it, but nobody my age. im aware of its affects and such, just not gonna key out details. basically, will it help My gains?

I may be totally out of place saying this, but I'd hold off on it for a while 'till you have a better platform.
You must be short if you classify yourself as 'fat' because 165 isn't that much weight, unless of course you're shorter than 5' 6".
Anywho, I've heard of DHEA based test gains putting a temp hold on your bone structure growth. (I've heard this, not sure... as I can not site any resources)
I'd personally weight it out, go all natty until I was done growing, then start some supplementation.

It's all up to you bro, you're body.... do whatever makes ya happy.

thats my 2cents

worry about your training and diet at your age bro, whats your training program look like and what do you eat everyday meal by meal? these are the most important things when it comes to any form of fitness.

I don't have a strict meal plan, I just eat what I know are healthy foods.
What I eat in protein I try to balance out in carbs, and I keep my fat intake at an acceptable level.

I eat around 1700 calories a day i'd say, varying on certain days.
I'm 17, 5'8, 165lbs. I've got a bit of extra bloat I suppose you could say, and my father is 5'6 and my mother 5'5, I don't think I'm going to get much taller.

I've seen the gains people have made on derma, they seem reasonable, not bs claims. So I became interested in this as a supplement, I do train hard and as soon as I found the 5x5 on this site I immediately incorporated that into my workout, so i'm not a slacker by any means.

go natty for a bit bud, and bump up you caloric intake.
eat 3-4k cals a day spanning 6 meals, 1 every 2-2.5 hours.
youll get what you want man, stay at it

I can tell you for a fact that I do not need that much calories, not even near that much.

Im 17, 5'8 and 160-165 pounds. I'll gain muscle sure, but a whole fuckton of fat along with it.

I don't mean to come off as a cunt, but honestly, i'm not gigantic by any means, i'm a novice lifter, not even a year under my belt.

I bench 135 in sets, 155 deads, 185 squat.

And i'll ask for the hell of it, does anybody know anything about The Warrior diet? I know it's a fad diet, but a friend of mine went from bloat to a 4 pack on it.. just wondering.

at 17 bro you still have alot of growing to do mate. listen to these boys mate you can eat 3000 cals a day with out putting on fat, its all about what you eat. you really need a meal by meal plan to help you bro.

no bro dermacrine is not for you just yet.

Yes 6 meals more cals but good cals and hard core work outs and you will do fine.

I used to be a bitch about eating more calories, but I opened up and realized how much of a strain I was doing on my growing by not eating enough.

I'm willing to eat more, even at the expense of my appearance, tell me what to do, i'll listen.
