Im doing a 4 day split with the 5x5 excel spreadsheet to find my reps and weights. I have a log:

Im in week 5 and starting my deloading and intensification phase. here is the reps and numbers for my week 5:
Day 1 Week 5
Flats 3x3 – 233, 262, 292
DB Incline presses - 3x8 80, 90, 100
Hammer strength dip/pushdowns - 2x10
BW dips - 2x15
Weighted situps on decline - 3x10 w/ russian twist
Day 2 Week 5
Squats – 3x3 358
Hang Cleans – 3x3 199, 224, 249
pull downs – 3x10
DB Curls - 3x10
DB Shrugs 3x10
Cable High Pulls 3x10
Day 3 Week 5
Push Press – 5x5 135, 175, 205, 215, 225 (these are last weeks #'s should it be 3x3 this week)
Bench – 3x3 270
Pushdowns - 3x10
Tricep exercise 3x10
Decline bench situps - 3x15 w/ russian twist
Day 4 Week 5
Hang Cleans 3x3 231
Squats 3x3 310, 348, 387
Jump Shrugs 5x5, 1x20 225, 315, 365, 405, 425 315x20 (last weeks #'s should they be 3x3 1x10)
Pull ups 3x10
Curls 3x10
My questions is since im doing 3x3 on my main lifts, squat, bench, hang clean, should i lower my reps on push press, jump shrugs, and incline DB bench to 3x3 or something like that? And what about the smaller exercises like push downs, pull ups keep them around 3x10?
