Decline Press Problem...HELP

I have recently switched up to high reps due to an injury. However, whenever I do reps on decline, it seems that I cannot hit my chest as much as I would like to, because my triceps give out too quickly. Do any of you guys have any idea how to help this problem?
 
Not exactly sure. It's in my shoulder, but it has reduced my chest exercises to those pushing downward, like decline and cables pulling down. I can do dips also, but when I try regular flat bench, it hurts bad.
 
Any chance you can do incline dumbell presses?

Try different angles on an adjustable bench and see if you can find one that doesn't hurt.
