decent progress?

9/22: 14.6% bf, 191 lbs, 27.8 fat mass, 163.2 lean mass
11/12: 11.8% bf, 185.6 lbs, 21.9 fat mass, 163.7 lean mass
12/31: 11.5% bf, 191 lbs, 21.9 fat mass, 169.1 lean mass

Been doing pretty well. Could definitely clean up the diet on a consistent basis a bit more. Could always hit the weights even harder as well.

Considering your age (30ish?) and that you're natty (right?), that's nice progress. That's the sort of realistic progress most people need to emulate. Hope you're taking pics along the way you might share when you're done. Be a great thing to post in another forum.

30. and yeah, natty. seems about right. think i will have more progress with a cleaner diet. pics - yes, for sure.

i think thats good progress! bad things tend to happen when you rush things too much. good job!

what are your goals?

i'd love to hit 150lbs with another 10lbs of muscle. don't really need to lose more fat but if i did i'd look jacked! anyways we'll see if i can make it happen!

i think i just made a new years resolution.:D

As of today:

Down to 10.3% BF and 197 lbs. Have lost 4.3% BF total, gained 6 pounds, lost 7.6lbs fat mass, gained 13lbs lean mass.

Strongest any of my lifts have ever been.
 
My boy wants me to do a PL comp in June, mostly for fun and personal challenges. I think I can get to 1,000lbs on my 3 lifts by then. Squat has to get better.

thanks bud. bench 1RM is slowly creeping towards 200, not yet (got 205 today but with a board). squat is around 385. had trouble getting 365 on DL last week, but that was at the end of a full DL routine and with a shitty bar. it was 100% my grip that failed.

You going raw or equipped?

I'm going to try and do a full meet later this year, goal is to crack 2,000 raw. This may have to serve as the Scotland vs Italy comp since your vulva is too sore to do the original comp.

Cool, I just saw that you had been playing around with a squat suit so figured I'd ask. So I take it your back is feeling much better? Any thoughts of picking back up some strongman training?

Back is fantastic. It's the shoulder that is still an issue - my bench will never be huge but getting 185 is still a major PR for me (upper body has always been my weak point).

Strongman - definitely. Talked to my trainer/boy and we're gonna get some stuff going in when it gets warm out. I may re-buy some equipment now that I have a yard. He's got a tire, which I'm pumped about.

Sweet good to hear, my bench is my weakest link as well stupid long arms.

Good to hear man. I'm going to be moving into a new place at the end of March that sits on a few acres. I'm planning on setting up a strongman training camp since there really isn't one easily accessable to me now. After I get it going you'll have to come visit Denver again maybe even do a comp out here.

I remember like yesterday you were getting your back all fused together, and I was mad jealous because I have been battling sciatica pain all from a pinched nerve from a protruding disc.

It's gotten better without surgery, but if I lift something the wrong way, fugetaboutit

I was actually happy that my problem was as bad as it was cause it was a no brainer when the surgeon said "Put it this way - either you live the rest of your life like this or you get the surgery. It all comes down to that". Easy answer for me. But would have been a more difficult choice had my back issues been less severe.

That is very good considering most people are fat asses over the holidays clearly you did well. Lets see pics now bish.
 
No but I had my boobs done hence why I did hate on your bench as mine used to be about the same as yours but now not so much.

should be more now. less travel. :D

Everyone says that but I train so light for just and only upper chest now as you can't see the rest. I think if I got a good bench shirt I would try benching again I just don't want to mess the twins up just cause I have a desire to bench heavy.
