Hey Big, I ran sustanon 250 for my first cycle...... Did 500/wk... 250 mon and 250 Thursday. I gained around 20 lbs off it. Granted it was my first cycle...I'm no pro, still learning .... but I wouldn't run it less than 500/wk. You might gain a few lbs off 250/wk but in my opinion you'd be wasting valuable time and money.
