Deca Gyno...How Long

rebellifter

New member
Ok guys here is my question,

I have been running my deca at 300mgs per week, just finished my second week and took my third shot of 300mgs. If deca's chemical chain is so long, theoretically, would you not see the symptoms of progesterone induced gyno until the third or fourth week?

I am asking this because i have naturally puffy nips from being overweight as a kid and a teen and I am especially paranoid!!! I cant tell if one of my nipples is sore or if i am just pinching and pushing on it too much, it also may just be my mind over playing the entire thing.

Any answers or advice is greatly appreciated!!!

:D Thanks guys:D

What do you have planed to combat progesterone and prolactin?

Dostinex? Bromo?

In other words what does the rest of your cycle look like. Curious because I am planning some deca...

I looked into bromo, but could never really find a clear cut answer on if it actually prevents or combats the progesterone gyno. I have some winny i am planning on throwing in the cycle in a couple of weeks at 100mgs eod. I was really counting on just keeping my deca at a decent dosage like 300mgs, from everything i have read most people are safe under 400mgs. My entire experience might be mental right now! I sure hope so!!!

Thanks for any replies or aswers:)

I am planning on using dostinex... I know it combats the prolactin. I am not sure what else I will run...

300 mgs is very low so i wouldnt worry about gyno but the winny will help combat progesterone gyno probably more than enough to have to worry about it

At 400 mg in wk8, I got gyno from Deca.

Were you running anything else along with the Deca as far as AAS or any ancillaries?

Curious because, as I said, I plan to run some deca...

I ran winny wth it wks 7-12 @ 50mg EOD. Nothing else. I am a little gyno prone. It was my first cycle and I was not that wise. Get some Bromo or use the dostinex and you should be ok

I am planning to run Dostinex.

As far as your gyno, how do you know it was the Deca and had nothing to do with the Winny?

Winny is know to combat gyno rather than cause it.

Interesting... I did not know that.

The other question I would have is about the authenticity of the gear... I know of alot of gyno victims that suffered the fate only because the gear wasn't what it was supposed to be.

I know gyno from Deca exists, but from what I understand it is rare and it normally only from high doses...

I have seen others advice people who sounded like you that they were likely just paranoid. So that possiblely is your issue, but you will either need to decide that yourself or go to the doctor.

I am fairly certain that I have seen a couple of posts where people claimed that they got Gyno from Deca while taking Winny. The theory for taking Winny is that it attaches to the Progesterone receptor and inhibits Deca from attaching. I don’t think anyone swears by this method.

Bromocriptine and Caborgoline (Dostinex) are anti-prolactins. My best understanding for this theory is that Deca being a Progestin (progesterone-like) causes the body to release excess amounts of prolactin. Prolactin is the culprit in Deca gyno. Inhibiting prolactin will prevent the gyno. So far I have not seen posts where people used Bromo or Dostinex with Deca and still got gyno. I have been using Bromo and have had no problems with a Deca dose very similar to yours.

If you choose to go with anti-prolactin then it seems more prudent to choose Dostinex. It is slightly more expensive, but Bromo is developing a reputation for causing unpleasant sides in many people (headaches and nausea are most common). Studies also suggest that Dostinex is more effective at inhibiting prolactin.

BTW, if your Deca is actually Testosterone then Bromo will do little for you. Some still say that anti-estrogens are good at preventing Deca gyno and they would certainly help with Test. Again I am fairly certain I have seen a number of posts where those using Deca and anti-estrogens claimed to get gyno.

Thanks Tomb!!!

Sounds like some quality info. I am beginning to think it is just mental, I sure hope so. I am definately going to look into some dostinex or bromo. I was unaware of the issue of prolactin levels and how they affected progesterone. Thanks bros.:D

P.S.

I am positive my deca is legit, it is QV and from what I have heard it should be some pretty good stuff.

I haven't heard anything on dostinex. Can you get it over the counter/GNC?? I'm going to be starting a deca only cycle next week, want to be prepared. I have some nolvadex but from what I know it doesn't help against progesterone induced gyno.

the "winny combats prog gyno" statement has not been proven medically.....some people say it'll help while others claim they got gyno from deca while running winny.....I would not count on winny to combat the possibility of getting gyno from deca......

Nope it requires a script, get one... Fast. Gyno blows.

You maybe able to find it black market - but I don't ever get anything black market so I don't know. Anyone?

If you don't have a friendly doctor, you should find one. It would be hard to explain why you need Dostinex to your PCP if you have discussed AAS with him/her before...
