OK omg. I work as NURSE I work two jobs. I work 12.5 hours 4-6 days a week. AND I still get to the gym 4-6 days a week. AND I still eat 3500-4400 calories (sometimes more per day)
for example today. Got off work at 730am. Protein shake and 2 slices wheat bread. 915: 2 cups oatmeal, 6 whole eggs, apple. sleep! woke up at 2pm had 1 cup chocolate soymilk, 230 1 cup egg whites, 1 cup plain cheerios with splenda, two slices flax and wheat toast with 1tbsp of strawberry rhubarb jam. 33pm Workout, 430pm protein drink 32oz gatorade G2. 530 home made weight gainer shake, 7 4 baby back ribs and 1 chicken breast with a sweet potato, 930 2 chicken legs and a sweet potato, 1130 chickn breast with mixed veggies, CURRENTLY AS I TYPE THIS 6 oz chicken with sweet potato and green beans. AND IM AT WORK! There is a way around everything
