Deca and surgery

I need some serious help here. I'm having a breast augmentation on Feb 26th, but am into my 3rd week of a Deca cycle. I know that Deca stays active in the system for 4 weeks, but is detected for up to 8months. The doc gave me a huge list of drugs to stop taking now...Ibuprofin, lower my dosage of vit E, things like that, but what do I do? Even if I stop now will I be alright to have the op? Only serious replies please because this is very upsetting.

Also, I checked out the chat boards for BA's and some girl told me that steroids can fuck up the healing process and that I should tell my doc so he can tell me when to stop, but I don't want to tell him!

I have heard that deca helps the healing process after surgery.A friend of mine had shoulder surgery a month ago while he was on a cycle of deca and he healed up quick.

What about stopping the cycle, and restarting after you are healed? I am not sure about the healing properties of Deca, but I'm sure someone will have an answer for you. Good luck and be safe.

No actually, she just needs common sense. And common sense dictates she either ask her doctor, and if she cant, then consult another one. By no means should she go by the advice of any internet board, period.

I have consulted with nurses of other physicians this afternoon, but it really got me nowhere. I'm only curious to see if anyone has a similar story that might help me.

Finally did it. Called him. He said I'd be fine, but to stop usage within the next week. I feel so much better! Thanks for the responses.
