Bro, not to flame you but that may be the most rediculous post ever. First off, deca causes bloat. There is zero dispute to this. That is why it's such a good match for winny. Do you think you keep the bloat for life? No gains from ANY gear are "lifetime" gains. Do you know this guys cycle history? Are you saying if he did lets say 8 of these cycles over 4 years that he'd gain (*and keep) about 100lbs? Deca and Eq together is not a great stack, they compete for the same receptors. Test and one or the other would be much better. Actually, I am going to flame you. Don't give advice when you don't know what you're talking about. One more thing, this guy is 20% BF. Do you think he wants to gain 10-15lbs? I'm not saying you can't keep gains no matter what. I'm saying you can't do a cycle, gain 15lbs and keep it w/o ever doing another cycle. If that were the case we would all look like Ronnie Coleman. Do a cycle, gain and keep 15lbs of muscle, do another cycle, gaing 15 more keepable pounds of muscle, do another cycle..........That's my point. The poster giving advice made a blanket statement without knowing the guys cycle history or even his goals. The guy wasn't asking how to put on 15lbs, he's 20% BF. I just get irritated when people say, "fuck, take x amount of y and you'll gain x amount of muscle". It just doesn't work that way.
