Deca and EQ... what can i expect??

Im starting a cycle with deca and eq i am 6'4" 240lbs with roughly 20% BF I lift 4 days a week with cardio twice a week.... i plan on lifting more once i start my cycle... what kind of gains can i expect to make??? and how retainable will they be??
 
I like both seperately but not together. These two compounds are very similar and I would reccomend taking one or the other and adding some test. This is what I would do in your shoes. I would up the cardio to 5 days a week, 2 times per day and get my diet real tight. Get your BF down to about 15% then hop on the sauce. But that's not what you're going to do so let me give you my best cycle advice Take Eq and test and front load for 3 weeks with t-bol. I hesitate to give dosages due to not knowing your cycle history. Fuck it, I'll give you my dosages 400mg Eq, 500mg test and take the t-bol at 40mg per day for the first 3 weeks of your cycle (I have just found t-bol to stop giving gains anywhere past the 3 weeks)

Use 300 mg deca, 300 mg eq, will gain 10-15 in 8-10 weeks.
Gains will virtually last for life.
 
Depends on how you eat... you can take all the AAS in the world but if you cals are up and your protein isn't up your cycle is going to suck. If your 240lbs then you need to eat alot... If you don't run PCT right you'll also lose alot... if not all. Diet is the most important thing to remember.

Bro, not to flame you but that may be the most rediculous post ever. First off, deca causes bloat. There is zero dispute to this. That is why it's such a good match for winny. Do you think you keep the bloat for life? No gains from ANY gear are "lifetime" gains. Do you know this guys cycle history? Are you saying if he did lets say 8 of these cycles over 4 years that he'd gain (*and keep) about 100lbs? Deca and Eq together is not a great stack, they compete for the same receptors. Test and one or the other would be much better. Actually, I am going to flame you. Don't give advice when you don't know what you're talking about. One more thing, this guy is 20% BF. Do you think he wants to gain 10-15lbs? At 240 and 20% he should be looking to lose about 20lbs and keep as much muscle as possible.

Bluetwisted is right - take his advice. Your wasting one of them if you take them together. If your looking for gains go with the EQ, its slow but it lasts. Your appetite will go through the roof, so eat properly and you should be fine.
 
Whats your goal? To get big or lean? If your going lean, I would suggest a diet first, get your fatprocentage closer to the 10-point, and the roids will satisfie you much better as your abs diggs its way out...

i am actually looking to gain about 20 pounds.... need to put it on for football and i need to get stronger..... my bf was estimated... its between 15 - 20... i already have a 6 pack not really worried about keeping it... and i keep getting mixed info on my cycle... lvtitan says its great and other guys say mixing the two is garbage so i guess ill just have to try it out and see for myself... and what should i do for the PCT??
