#2 How many cycles have you done since that Eq cycle?
I'm not saying you can't keep gains no matter what. I'm saying you can't do a cycle, gain 15lbs and keep it w/o ever doing another cycle. If that were the case we would all look like Ronnie Coleman. Do a cycle, gain and keep 15lbs of muscle, do another cycle, gaing 15 more keepable pounds of muscle, do another cycle..........That's my point. The poster giving advice made a blanket statement without knowing the guys cycle history or even his goals. The guy wasn't asking how to put on 15lbs, he's 20% BF. I just get irritated when people say, "fuck, take x amount of y and you'll gain x amount of muscle". It just doesn't work that way.
