Deca and Cypionate stack

Too much gear for a first cycle and at 160lbs unless you're 5'2" you didn't train very hard naturally either. Expect a lot of weight but not much in the way of lean muscle tissue.

I disagree. I didn't train naturally hard at all before I started deca wayy back as my first cycle and still gained great muscle...in 10 weeks I actually went up in 25 pounds since I ate a lot and worked out every day.

of course you will gain a lot if you never training hard at all. But natural muscle will tend to last a heck of a lot longer than muscle grown with AS. That is why we insist people (at least I like to) to training as long as possible naturally. I training naturally 10 years, and a lot of guys on here have training 10+- 20 yers before doing a cycle. The longer the better.
 
alright now i have info that i needed from the experts of the fields.
one thing i forgot to ask and no one mentioned is that how much quantity should i run on these
and when its time to taper it off how low do i go.
 
Tapering off AAS is no longer a practice followed. You simply time your PCT correctly.

You questions indicate a fundamental lack of knowledge of AAS usage that you should have had long before your current cycle.

So dosage, it would seem you are not ready for AAS so talking about dosage is premature. Since you have started and will most likely continue your current cycle, read sonicwaste's response and learn more about gyno and PCT. Start with all the stickys on this forum.

Bottomline, I suggest you do a lot more homework. ER is a great place to learn.
