lol it sounds physically impossible, until I figured out you meant that they go in front of them.
Is this on the starting out? When you are grabbing the bar, about to pull? Or is this after the lockout? I also have my knees go further out than my toes, because that allows me to have my back straighter.
If you mean lockout- dont be afraid to lean back, and pull the weight back.
