Today I hardly ate,still felt like shit from yesterdays hangover I decided to do some cardio until the weight room opened(college gym they close for class) finally I could lift so I go upstairs and set up the deads and started at 115 for 5,felt way light, threw on 20lbs still to light,and kept adding until I got to 205lbs and pulled it for 2 reps,by then my back was toast,but I had the biggest smile on my face the rest of the day. It feels great to be moving up in the pounds so quick,just last week I did 135 5x5 and it felt heavy,this was nothing.
and I know 205 doesnt seem like much but I have always had a problem with deads, the best part is I am not even on any gear at the moment,just eating like crazy
