Oh yea...I almost forgot. Maybe this will help. Has helped me majorly. Try keeping your eyes closed during most of the lift, since you cant get that blackout feeling when your seeing black. Works real well for me. Also , once you get the bar over your knees, you got that shit! Dont let it go til you do. After it goes up over the knees try leaning back and shrugging the bar up. This always seals the lift for me. Alot easier then falling forward with the weight trying to fight it. Use your leverage! One last thing, something that made a difference for me was this guy trying to spot me on deadlifts. Fucking weird I know, but it did teach me something. With someone right in front of me like that, it forced me to come straight up, without leaning my shoulders over the bar or hunching my back as much. And this is the day I hit a 35lb PR and broke the 500 mark. Made a huge difference. Hope all of t his helps!! And be sure to eliminate grip problems using either straps or chalk. Do not allow grip to interfere with your deadlifts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! KILL THAT SHIT!!!!!!!
