last week I pulled 205 for one ,claiming this week I would hit 215,well I pulled it and knew I had more so I went to 225 and got it for one from the floor
today for deads looked like this
135lbs warm up 2 sets of 5
185 x 4
205x4
215x3
225x1
tried to get another set at 225 but my grip failed
Im so damn happy today at this pace Ill have 350 by christmas, the only downfall is I am losing weight,dropped 1lb this week but it could be water
