Nice f-ing job. How's the rest of your training going? Are you still gonna play ball? WHats the update on that?

Yes. I'm still going to play. I'm thinking OG or DT, with my size, but we'll see what happens. Thanks for asking bro.

Thank you everyone for the kind words. It really does mean a lot to me. Thanks.

I had a good day today:

Deadlift: 315x4, 405x3, 495x1, 675x1, 700x1

All raw, no wraps, no belt.

Then I did some rows. I'm just glad to finally be in the 700 club, lol.

Whoa, you jumped from 495 to 675 in one set? Now that took some cahonies! :)

Awesome job big man!!!

Hey bro. Thanks. Yeah I always stop my warmups at 495. At that point, I've got blood in my muscles, and if I went any heavier it'd start being counterproductive, I think. I like to save it for the real deal, lol.

And I'm not sure if the bar bent, but my eyes were red for a day after, lol. :D

brother there's not a knowledgeable bro on here that would doubt that bar bent like stick. That is seriously impressive bro. But yes that makes a lot of sense to not tire yourself any more once you're fully warmed up for 1RM lifts like that.
