Deadlift keeps going up

This week deadlift up to 245. My goal is 250. I did 5x5 245 with ease tonight. I started at 205 struggling. Weight is 160 do I keep raising the weight or stick with my 250? Been at it for 5 weeks.
 
very nice man. im gonna start a dead routine in 2 days. gonna attempt to 5x5, its gonna kill me too.
 
Keep going up 5lbs/week until it's no longer "easy." A lot of people on here, including myself, suffered back injuries from jumping up weight too fast. Once it starts getting tough to get that last set of 5 out, you might want to think about slowing it down until your body gets used to moving that kind of weight around.
 
good thing to aim for. deadlifts are an awesome lift and work your body to the extreme.
