Dead Kennedys on tour, WTF?

OK, last I heard, the original members of Dead Kennedys were suing Jello Biafra for the rights to tour as the Dead Kennedys and the rights to sell songs for use in movies and shit like that. No way Jello is going to give in to this, or so I thought. A couple of weeks ago, I open the L.A. Weekly and I see that the Dead Kennedys are playing.
Does any one have more info on this?

Besides, how in the fuck do Eat Bay Ray, Closs Flouride and DH Peligro think they can be the Dead Kennedys without Jellos' vocals and rhetorical lyics?

I acredit them much with helping me with my non-comformist ways. If it wasn't for their music (and many other non-comformist bands) I would have probably turned out just like everyone else, the same.
