for real. try them wiz, do 4 sets of 10, then you have my permission to roll around on the floor like a little girl in the fetal position. first off..........1 word. stabilization. this brings your core into the movement so much that you will develop tremendous abb, low back, and oblique strength.

2nd. if you bottom out and go below parallel, the hips and glutes take an amazing beating. which is a good thing if you squat wsb style using the hips mainly.

plus the lower back seems to be a lot easier to keep upright on squats, and deads.

on top of all that,. your shoulders and traps and triceps get satatic ohp work.

wow, and just from 1 exercise.

Its just a normal squat. Except instead of the bar resting on your back. you have it pressed at arms length above your head.

Just added it to my lower body workouts. ready to be humbled. going to start with the olympic bar at my next workout.

yeah i just started them 4 weeks ago and here is what my 4 weeks looked like:

week1: 45lb bar x 4 x 10
week2: skipped workout
week3: 75lb x 4 x 10.
week4: 135 x 4 x 10.
week 5: 155 x 3 x 10.

a lot of it is just getting use to the akwardness.
