box squat 10 sets 2 w/185 plus chains(aprox 40lb)
band leg curls w/dbled mini 4 sets 10
snatch high pulls 10 sets 1 w/135lb
zercher sq from 2nd pin 2 sets 10 w/135lb
pull down abs w/mini 6 sets 10
first time i used chains and i loved em. they really did a number on my hips. i used same weight as normal just added the chains. i'm gonna try em on speed bench tomorow. and loved the snatch high pulls too..those were also a first.
