Well...for some GENIUS reason I decided to not wear my knee sleeves on Sunday...WHY? My knees have ached all week and been swollen off and on ever since. Ugh...

Box Squats didn't feel fun, so I went light...ugh.

Box Squats
157 + heavy bands x 2 x 4 sets
207 + heavy bands x 2 x 4 sets (only about 30 sec rest btwn sets)
My right knee/hamstring was not feeling well on the last 2 sets

Deadlifts off of a 6" platform
140, 230, 320, 410, 460, 510, 560 x 1
510 x 1
560 x 1
Cheese pulling 410
These didn't feel too bad on my knee/hamstring. I did all double overhand grips till the 560, would like to have gone over 600...maybe soon.

Pull Throughs
mid band x 6 x 4 sets (little rest)

Reverse Hypers
BW x 6
light band x 6
mid band x 6 x 2 sets

Light calves and intense abs...ouch.

I also tried to close the #3 gripper tonight and Cheese tried the 2...frustrating to say the least.
Clint #3 right hand...so close

Cheese #2 after MANY other tries...

Hope the hamstring tendon/knee gets to feeling better soon. Time for pre/rehab.

Yes. Doesn't feel like before...but near the same areas. Not the pain like before...just swelling mostly. I am keeping it warm and still have my knee sleeves pulled up just about 1/2 way on my knee. The warmth makes all the difference.

Cheese... I hate the damn #2 as well. The closer I get, the more I hate it too.

I get the same thing sometimes when I go without knee sleeves.Lately Ive been wearing them during every workout,and doing various exercises to warm them up,along with some linament.Helps for the workouts,but my hamstring still bugs me sometimes afterwards.Looks like a pretty good workout though.
Throw the grippers away..youll be happier :).Im starting to hate mine too lol.One day everything feels strong,and solid,then another it feels like you are trying to close the #4 ARRGH!

nice workout man...love the platform deads and man...that #3 was sooooo close....hope your hamstring gets to feeling better
