DC Training

I have been doing the madcow 5x5 program for about 9-10 months. I am interested in DC training. Where could I get the run down on this?

If your still progressing on the 5x5 then carry on with it. From what I hear DC is for advanced athletes with more than 9-10 months experience like you. more like a few years experience. It is focused on intense stretching and using only one work set in which you go beyong failure by utlising things like forced reps, drop sets and rest pauses.

The 5x5 program was great. I accomplished my goal which was to add some size. I have been lifting for about 7 or 8 years now. I tried Madcow's 5x5 because a friend suggested it to reach my goals. I am interested in researching DC training for now and plan on starting it in a few months. I just want to see what it is all about since I have heard great things about it.

your all set then. just read up a bit before you start.

This is the official forum of DC training and where you will find the most reliable up to date info. I suggest you read all the stickys there at least 17 times. Seriously. Take all the good info you find and save it to a word doc for later use. Use their search function. Search for posts by DoggCrapp, homonunculus, Massive G, and Super D. Good luck.
