DC Style Cardio

LOL...i'M PLAYING WITH YOU BRO.....she was actually doing 4.0-4.5 and holding on to the rails...I told her to let go and see how much harder it is...."I CAN'T READ IF I LET GO"........so, finally I made her let go and she does maybe 3.3-.3.5....for 25 minutes.....so, you're ok....how often do you do it? I just started in the ams and with today being my off day from training, I think I might go back this afternoon and hit either another 35 minutes or spin.....hmmmm....
 
shit and you had me scared all during lunch I was pissed off thinking I was going to have to walk at a minimum 12% incline at 5mph for 45 minutes just to keep up with your girlfriend LOL.

I am doing 3 days/week weights 3 days/week cardio 1 day off

1st day of weights is based around bench (incline) and then supporting chest exercises

2nd day of weights is based around squat and then supporting leg exercises

3rd day of weights is based around deadlift and then supporting back exercises

As long as the weight used or reps increase on the first exercise I'm happy.

It's going great! The cardio is so that I can keep on the bulk phase longer and mitigate a little fat gain here and there.

I thought you were trying to gain weight too, why would you go back for a 2nd cardio session today? just curious
 
so he says to stick to the bulking diet? does he recommend to do this on an empty stomach and at what heart rate percentage. i usually hear am cardio is best if kept 60-65%of heart rate max.
 
Yeah, that heart rate range, on an empty stomach. He recommends cutting out maybe one meal I believe, but not totally warping your diet.
 
I work with DC and we have been doing my cardio sessions post lifting this seems to work for me. As for my diet we have changed it. My protein sources have stayed the same but I have just cut back my carbs. I will let you guys know my results when I am done.
