DBOL-When to take?

Is it better to take say all 25mg an hour or so before an intense workout or spread throughout the day...obiviously easier on the liver to spread it out but does it hinder its effects?
 
Cause of the short half life, I would take dbols every 4 hours with 5-10 mg 45 minutes before your workout.

Manny78, does that mean he should take ALL the mgs every 4 hours before his workout, or should he save at least one 5-10mg Dbol dose for a time AFTER he has completed his workout. I have never been able to get a definitive answer to this from anyone.

P.S.--If taking 30mg ed, would it be wise to take 5-10mg every 4 hours, with 15mgs 45minutes before the workout?

I would always save a little 5 mg for post-workout. I usually train at 9 PM so 5 mg before going to bed.

The way you spread your dbols at 30 mg is correct.
 
I take 5mg in the morning, then about 3-4 hours later I take 10mg before my afternoon workout, then I take 5mg late afternoon and then 5mg more just before bed time. 25mg total.
 
I always run 30mg/day to make it easier to take. I will take 10mg at a time through out the day with breakfast lunch and right before I work out.
