dbol + sust= good combination?

training for about 4 years

i have a question if doing more then one compound (AAS) is worth it on a first cycle, or is it too much

because i have heard that combining more then one can yield more results, seems reasonable enough, such as

dbol + sustanon, possibly throing in halo. I have heard that dbol sust, are a really good combination, could i have any thoughtys on this, or is dbol enough ? and at what dosage, remember i am new and havent done this so, sauing 1000mg of sust a week seems un reasaonabl.e ahha.

I dont know, iv heard its 250 mg for sust a week? that sounds like so much.. i mean , i will literally lose both testicles by doing that ! haha. at least as i understand it.

^^^You need more research bro. Take some more time reading up on different compounds. Take some time to read some cycle logs in our forums.

With Sust, a good moderate cycle would be 500mg/wk for 10 weeks. Thats 250mg on Monday, 250mg on Thurday. Hold off on the dbol for the first cycle. Stick with a single compound to see how your body reacts. You need to have some Arimidex or Aromasin on hand in case you get some gyno flare. Also, make sure you have all your PCT products on hand before you start. Nolvadex, Unleashed, HcGenerate and Forged Post Cycle would be a good combination for a PCT.

I would use the Dbol as a jumpstart to another Test cycle on the 2nd time.
 
21.5 is too young. wait until you are atleast 25 or 26. whoever sold you juice is ignorant and couldn't care less about you, they just want to make money off a youngster

i know guys who were that age who messed with juice and now they have man boobs. ask yourself is it worth the risk at this point?

1. you dont have enough experience
2. you still haven't finished physically maturing and growing (even though you might think you have, juice closes those plates)

at your height and weight sounds like you are in solid shape, you can be patient and wait a few years. have you looked into some of needto's products in the meantime or some good protein powders to hold you over?
 
need to? i dont think they ship to canada man, i have looked at some of these things, my personal opinion is they seem as if they are kinda " over priced " and not garaunteed to help? and my growth plates, as i understand close at age 21... if im not correct? hardening cartilage at this point doesnt seem to make a difference, could be wrong, no one has opened me up and looked, but thats what iv read. besides, when your 25? 99% of athletic opportunities, would have passed... waht would be the point? health? (ironic)
 
i mean this will all due respect, i appreicate all your advice but at the same time i cannot sit here, and say honestly that i havent done alot of research on compounds, profiles, availability, prices most importantly there effects, on hpta, things of that nature for example... its not difficult to find this information,

such as sustanon being more than one testosterone based all on time release, that it can only be administered by needle, etc etc. Dont get me wrong i do sit here and read, and read forums, other threads, and things that are related but my personal questions are to gain knowledge. I wish learn. I truly do. Which is why at some point i need to ask questions of my own, although sometimes repetitive, It is only in my humble fashion that i re embed and reformulate my thoughts, to refine them. Im not saying I am going to take AAS now, or ever. Im saying if i ever decide, I would like t oknow, what to do , and when. Also i really wnat to thank you guys for your comments, without you guys id get no where ;)
 
Its better to ask a dumb question than not to and ruin your hormones, however most dumb questions have been asked over and over again. I think your english is the most difficult barrier you will have. Misunderstanding or missinterpretation can lead you down a dark path.
That being said, 250mg of sus is a good start, the problem with adding d-bol is that it is used as a kick start to cycle. If you have never run any gear then you start with both sus and d-bol and you have a problem you wont know which caused it. So you wont know exactly what to take to counter act your new problem. There is nothing wrong with running sus @ 500mg/wk and leaving out the d-bol. But don't even think about the halo on your first run!

Dude, you can do a couple of d-bol, BIG BLAST, GEAR, UNLEASHED and needto Better Bars every day and gain 20 pounds in 6 weeks. You don't need that much for a first cycle.

good thoughts.. your growth plates do close for most men by 21.. so you are on the fringe.. why would u risk it?

you are tall and have a good build according to your stats, why would u screw around with that right now?

just do your research and do what you feel is best. its your body and no one can tell you what to do.. I did not start to juice till I was 29.. and to be honest, I still did not know everything yet and wish I would of waited. although I was ready physically I still did not know proper PCT yet and I feel like I got great results but could of been much better so did not get my money's worth.

again no one can tell you what to do, its your body.. but why not wait a few years, you can reach your goals easily without juice right now. once u get into your late 20's even i believe you can reach your goals without it. if you start now, you are opening up a can of worms at a very young age.

iv seen alot of things on 'need to build muscle .com '

suck as the unleased, and gear etc etc, but i live in canada? would need to ship there? and what is big blast? i havent seen that? any thoughts?

thanks alot, Im just falling under a great deal of pressure, because of sports, and Im simply attempting to research avenues in order to refine myself/physically reach my potential. i mean i cant even manage to get my bench above 240 x1.5? (couldnt get the last rep all the way up) i know friends who are far superior to me in this respect.

need to's products will help you build strength and muscle. and also i would increase your food intake. i know when i was that young my diet was average to fair because of financial reasons and before that because i would eat what my school and parents put in front of me. a good protein powder i've been introduced to is called pro complex.. its not expensive and can be bought online anywhere and is easy to use, just mix with water, works like a charm.

your friends who are juicing young will regret it in 5 years when they have bitch tits cause they didn't know anything about proper PCT. between juicing, proper nutrition, supplements and PCT you are looking at thousands of dollars. is a 21 year old in that type of financial position? not sure how it can be done properly.

my point is if you juice now and are not eating enough food and the proper food, and taking in enough protein/carbs/etc you might not get the kinds of results you want.. when you are on test you will be starving all day and night.. you will be waking up at 5am starving.. and yes if you eat properly you can easily put on 20 pounds fast. I put on almost 30 pounds and added 50 pounds to my bench in 10 weeks.. however I was spending over $100 a day on very high quality mostly organic food to accomplish that. between the grocery store and health food store almost everyday it adds up, not to mention the occasional restaurant where i would order for 2 1/2.

how is your financial situation? can u afford to spend that much on food? i mean maybe you can get away with $50 a day but good quality lean meats and fresh fruit/veggies are expensive. you aren't gonna be eating mac and cheese or processed junk

Yes i cannot afford to buy lots of food, usually i have 50$ a week, at school and at home, I can turn into a garberator, as there is tons of food around, and usually a gym membership with my name on it, and at school gym membo is free ;) DANG haha, but yes at home, after my pulled groin is good to go i will lift again, my lifts were pretty fucking boss in DL and squat, although i was enraged that bench couldnt increase i couldnt really ever rep 225.. which bothered me, id like to be able to do 20x225 bench eventually. any suggestions on training and will need to ship to me? lik ei said im canadian and i dont know if they will send there products to me , are they illegal, and i dont see 'big blast' on there, where can i find that?

i'm sure they ship to canada and its perfecly legal of course. I use his products myself.

a good tip with training that you can try is 10 sets of 10 reps on the bench. however much weight you can do 10 times.. and then rest in between and do 10 more.. until you hit 100 reps total.. that workout will take 40 minutes and will be your workout for the day trust me.. not easy. of course you should only do such a workout 2-3 times a month. you can do the same thing for your biceps as well.

and then another tip with the bench is 3 sets of 4 reps.. and try to go heavy with those.

you have to experiment with different techniques and see what works best with you. every body is different. thats another example of what i was saying earlier where you dont have the experience at 21 to know exactly what works best for you. you sound like you are on your way though.

then in a few years you can start experimenting with juicing and by then through reading these boards you should have plenty of knowledge to do it the right way and you wont have to wonder while on cycle if you are training properly or eating right etc.

well we will have to agree to disagree. I do not think its wise to start juicing until your mid to late 20's as studies have shown the body hasn't finished tweaking hormones yet until even 26 in some people.......... 21 is definately NOT old enough, but that is my opinion as well as the opinions of many others. and also you should not touch them until you reached your genetic potential.. (again my opinion) otherwise you are wasting your money

i'm not gonna teach someone anything about steroids until i get it through their head that they are too young.. if they still insist on taking them then it is their choice thereafter. if it was my younger brother and i found out he wanted to take them or a close friend i would definately talk them out of it. but like i said that is my opinion. i'm not sure someone who is 21 and was been lifting for 3 years since they 'became a man' has hit their genetic potential anyway or has the experience or funds to spend on gym memberships, protein powders, food, etc.

how old did u start juicing yourself? and what age do you think its okay to start? just curious.
i would be lying if i said i wouldn't of been tempted had i had access at a young age, but i count my lucky stars i didn't mess with them
