dbol only cycle. which cycle better

I wanted to know would running a 30mg ed for 4-6 weeks cycle be better than running a 2 week on and 2 week off for 2 months cycle?
 
2 week on 2 week off cycle? That is an absolutely horrible idea. Your hormones will be going crazy. Who ever recommended you to cycle like that is an idiot
 
Age 21 , height 5ft 9 training 2 yrs on and off, weight 60kg. Gain muscle mass.

Oh seen. I was thinking the same too. But was told that running 2 weeks on and off wud be fine if i took pct during the weeks off

Ok what about running a 25mg ed for 6 weeks cycle? Would that be ok and how long would i need to run pct such as nolva for and how much ed

So ur 5'9 around 130 pounds. Well u definitely haven't even come close to ur natural potential yet. So odds are u gonna blow up fast (water weight) maybe get some good strength, then the minute u stop, it's all gonna go away. U really need to build a stronger base first to get the most outta ur cycle. I didn't see u mention anything about some type of AI, and what were ur plans for PCT. I really hope u don't say Nolva.

Well according to my mates cycle he done dbol cycle at 25mg ed fr 6 weeks. No signs of gyno. And took nolva pct for 3-4 weeks(not too sure how long for and what dosage) but managed to keep around 8lbs

You don't need to be using aas right now. You need to get your diet and training in check before you can run anything. Besides, a dbol only cycle is pointless IMO. A few of my buddies back in high school ran it and blew up for the 4 weeks then went back to their regular size after being off. Eat like a mofuarker, lift HEAVY (squats, deadlifts, cleans) until you are about 160lbs then consider running a PROPER cycle. If you aren't willing to inject check out Dieselbolan or Beast for your first time.
 
At 60kg you should definitely get a better base. Eat, eat, eat, train, and eat some more. You could get better results with just training and changing your diet than you could with dbol. If you don't know what to eat then post another thread or pm RADAR he knows everything about what you should eat.

30mg a day for 6 weeks would be fine. But you should really invest 18 months into a good nutrition and training plan as you are obviously not doing either correctly.
 
Yeah i looked at the dieselbolon 2.0 capsules. Are they good? A legal steriod? Sounds too gd to be true lol. Gd it giv me results such as dbol?

whatever your routine is change it..

seriously though.. what is your diet like and what is your routine.

you def. need to eat more real food and you either need to switch up your routine or train with more intensity... maybe both.
 
Diet is this.

Morning at 9.30 Oats and banana and whey protein shake

11.30am train.

1pm Then weight gainer shake with chicken sandwich.

4pm weetabix with protein shake or eggs with protein shake

7pm chicken n rice

10pm weight gainer shake in milk before bed.

2.5litres of water through out the day.

Training.
Monday back includin lat pull down pull ups n deads

Tuesday shoulders

Wednesday abs

Thursday legs squats leg presses calfs

Friday chest bench press incline, flies and also triceps

do less isolation exercises and focus 100% of your energy into the basic compound lifts
look into 5x5 or something like that or even starting strength
maybe find someone to help you out in the gym
 
1-6 dbol 50mg every day splt up
1-6 N2guard 5 caps every day
2-6 hcgenerate 3 caps am 2 caps pm
6-12 forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and 5 pumps pm the first 4 weeks and 3 and 3 the last 2 weeks.
6-10 forged post cycle 2 caps am and pm
10-14 Bridge 1 cap 3 times a day

Lol i knw bt i feel like ive hit a wall. Ive added peanuts almonds apples and thise muller yoghurts into my diet too bt i gues ive got realy shit genes cuz most of my family are fairly average height but thin

Im a bit shook of injectin. Cud i get the doc do it? Lol. And what are the sides of test e. is it a lot safer dan dbol? I knw its nt hard on the liver bt what else would i need to take with test e js to reduce sides and how long shud the pct be and wa shud i use.clomid or nolva?

stop being a pussy. go food shopping and fill your freezer up with meat. eat 2-3 pounds every day and eat every 3 hours. always be digesting something, even if you have to wake up in the middle of your sleep and eat more. stop worrying about protein powders and shakes, if you want a good mass gainer, go to the store and buy a gallon of whole milk and drink one every day. stop doing curls and leg raises in front of the mirror. your genes dont suck, youre eating yogurt and protein powder and saying you need steroids......

Wel i cnt have too much milk due to lactose and im indian so i cannot have meat everyday. I have to eat lentils/curry on days i cnt eat meat. But yeah cud u make me a diet plan keepin all those things in mind?

you can do it.. dont let anything get in your way.

if you cant have meat then you need good dense carb sources with good protein supplements. again just start logging what you eat and adjust from there..

lentils are an excellent protein source. if you cant eat meat on certain days due to your religion then i would deff suggest alot of lentils like you said. and also plain greek yogurt was suggested to me by another member here maybe you could give that a try too. love indian style lentils btw, my friends mom makes them with curry and goat with white rice and its amazing.

ok since youre lactose intolerant, heres a good mass gain shake you can make yourself in the blender.

2 scoops whey
handfull of peanuts
1-2 cups of oats
then use water instead of milk

make that 3 times a day in between meals. nuts are a good protein source as well, its gonna be tough sacrificing meat on certain days, but at your weight i would try to get up to 200 grams from whole food sources (meaning not protein powder)

You're not eating enough, esp aftr training, thats when the body's demand for nutrients is at it's highest.
You also need more micros
Your biggest meal should be breakfast (after training of course)
Eat a large tablespoon of peanut butter
Along with a Need2bulk shake
you will get omega 3 fatty acids along with your micro's

Now after That is over Read this ( i will add portion sizes should be the size of a tennis ball)

You will hae one meat serving,2 carbs and some fruit

For example

Meal one
Chicken breast
Brown rice*
1/2 sweet yam*
Apple

Meal two
6oz steak
potato*
macaronni*
Banana

SO read and learn

Remember everything i have listed here go hand in hand, even the good fats!

As u knw im 60kg. Ive been looking into diet and nutrition. Im thinking of using my cousins diet. I dont know how the diet is but he. counts hes calories protein n carbs. Hes 75kg. Hes only consuming 3200 odd calories with 220+ grams of protein n 350+ grams of carbs. Hes protein intake is high hence the low calories. Hes got a good build and is lean. Hes on this diet as he doesnt want to get any bigger and is basically maintaining his pyshique. Do u think i shud go fr this high protein diet. Is it good to build lean muscle and grow bigger. I would like to weigh roughly 75-80kg as my height is 5'9 and il be happy with that. I just want to look good and im not really bothered to much about strength

No one knows the diet unless you lay it out. What exactly do you want?

What works for him may not work for you. Your body may work better off high carb or fats. Diet is the hardest and takes time to diel in.
