Dbol Back Pumps Solved!

idcbp

New member
Hey bros, we had a thread back a little while I had started b/c a really great dbol/sust cycle was being hindered by terrible lower back pumps. These suckers were vicious and started to affect me even outside of squat and deadlift time. Anyway, all the bros put their 2 cents in and I appreciated all of it, but I must give props to our good mod Radar. He shot me a pm and said basically take it for what its worth but linberg's milk thistle extract does a number on the lower back pumps.

Now I was already using milk thistle, but Radar told me that he didn't know why but this specific brand seemed to work in a different and better way. Didn't know why, just that it did. I figured I'd give it a shot, and I shit you not the lower back pumps are almost gone. Same mg of dbol, same carbs/diet, same routine, same other gear and supps. The only change was the switching the brands of milk thistle, and yet it was night and day. I know alot of us suffer from over pumps- back, shins, forearms so I thought this was worth posting. Also wanted to give Radar his due for getting me back in the drivers seat with this dbol. If you have any over pump issues I'd try this brand of milk thistle, pop'em like candy cuz they're cheap and they will work.

Actually its spelled "linberg" Prod# 96-62400 60 caps 7.99

I just got lucky and tried this brand the second time around and they were like night & day from the previous brand.

The back pumps I can deal with but Im getting vicious cramps/pains in my legs and feet that are keeping me awake, and waking me up in the morning thy are that bad. Im on 30 mg of Dbol at the mo. Is this caused by the dbol then, Ive been told it might be water retention causing the pain? Will Milk thistle stop these pains as well?

Rader, Im looking to you bro!

Finally relief!! I've been on a cycle for almost 4 weeks including D-Bol. For the first week and a half I thought "wow, no d-bol lower back pump this time", about 2 days later things changed. Yesterday I was strong as fuck while squatting, but I could hardly take the plates off the bar afterward due to the pump in my lower back. I'm ordering those mothafuckas today! Props to Radar. ;)

I gotta try this..

i hate the painful pumps i get while doing my Olympic lifts...

Have you tried any of their other products besides milk thistle? do you think they are better than other brands?

Back pumps are the worst. When I was still in college I used to have to walk down this huge hill to get back to room after I left the gym. My low back would be so full I wanted to die. I will def have to try that, even if it is just better milk thistle. thanks for the info bro

I've tried MT by natural Care
Others at my gym tried various brands until i had them switch to limberg's -it made a big difference.

how many ya'll take a day of these things?....how long does it take to tell a difference in the back pumps?

Dosage will depend on body weight, usually they work about 30 min after taking.

LOL When I got home last night after posting I was popping a few prior to squats when I looked at the bottle and read it slowly L-I-N-B-E-R-G. I had to shake my head, whole post about these things whose spelling I see everyday and I botch it. Atleast the good word got out.

How are they working for you????

They are the most effective remedy I've found to date. Not a total elimination, but as I said initially its like night and day.

Good lookin out Radar.

Now explain to us please how liver supps will decrease back pumps from dbol?? I am missing the connection. Thanks (I never knew the back pumps from dbol were from a taxed liver  )

Read the first post! I cannot explain it ,but i experminted with various brands and this always came out superior.
Then i tested it on several gym members/the test subjects noticed an improvement also.

I'm sure lumbergs works for some bros, but it didn't work for me. :(

I never expected it( like most meds & supplements ) To have a 100% percentage rate!

But for those select few its the best thing to date!

Can you recommend any other sups that are better than average that everyone should be using? Cheers

Mick

Damn, gotta spread the K before I hit you up with green Radar! Low-back pumps are the worst thing for me on dbol, but I love the gains. Next bulker I was thinking of hitting up 60-75mg/day of dbol and hopefully this will make it tolerable, thanks!

I do not rely much on supplements but there are a few, like dieting And cutting up nothing beats thermorexin------i havn't tried cardio Breeze.

Protein factorys PCT & Unleashled a great addition to a stubborn recovery problem add it to your prev program!

Thats about all that comes to mind right now, maybe some more experienced members will chime in!

I don't understand how milk thistle would solve the lower back pumps. Your liver isn't in your lower back. I am not doubting you. I would just like to know.

I believe Radar hit the nail on the head wiht this one. My back has been on fire so bad I went to the chiro, who said my back looks fine and there's no reason for it to hurt. I got some milk thistle a few days ago (Lindberg is 5 miles from my house) and it's gotten progressively better. I still feel it but it doesn't hurt any longer. I would imagine Liv52 couldn't hurt either.
