DBOL and BodyFat ???

Does anyone here have any recomendations or thoughts about what your BF% should be when taking dbol? or does it not matter. I'm finally starting DBOL only (pink dragons) and nolva on hand. My main question would be to those who've done dbol before? would you drop BF before or after dbols.

3-4 years on off traing low reps high intensity - little cardio
around 15-20% BF on the lower side with abs peeking thru.
goals:
Mass! not to concerned with tone right now!
Lead very active lifestyle between work and everything that goes on!
Your thoughts very much appreciated!
 
if u have abs peaking through, u do not have 20% bf .. haha I started with about 12- 13% and i havn't noticed a change.. maybe slightly lower bf. but im on test also. if u think its higher, i would say drop it a little before starting. is all your are taking is dbol??
 
im trying to lose bodyfat while on dbol/test. i think its quite possible with the right diet and good anti-estrogens. so far so good...
 
yeah just dbol! Got a little over 150 around 30 nolvas and Diet is on point. I grow pretty easy or react easily to diet and hard training so i figure dbol only should be fine. My libido is already off the hook so i don't think IMO a test is needed. But i have it available if things start to go down.
 
Steroids do not reduce your fat mass. They increase your lean mass. Because this results in a lower percentage of body fat people think they will lose fat using steroids. So for your purpose of adding lean body mass you'll do just fine. You won't keep that mass very long, but you will add it while using dbol.

Steroids do not reduce your fat mass. They increase your lean mass. Because this results in a lower percentage of body fat people think they will lose fat using steroids. So for your purpose of adding lean body mass you'll do just fine. You won't keep that mass very long, but you will add it while using dbol.

i was thinking about this the other day.... since gained mass/ muscle your bf stays the same hence bf % drops...
also 150 dbols? whats that like 25 mgs for 4 weeks? and i think u might want/ need a little more nolva
 
yeah i was thinking 25 mgs a day weekends off. any thoughts on the weekends off? And unfortunatley without risking $ or waiting for a pkg these might be the only nolvas i can get my hands on so i was anticipating using an herbal pct the like the one that used to be posted on this board about a year ago by GS.
 
I never really understood why people think they should take weekends "off". You should do some research on blood concentration and the drugs you are going to be taking. Consistency helps reduce sides and remember, your STILL growing on the weekends. Especially if your getting more sleep on Saturday's and Sunday's! Defientely run the dbol 7 days a week, try to space your dosages throughout the day, and keep your protein up. I for one am not a fan of oral only cycles but I guess everyone has to start somewhere. Good luck w/ it and stay safe.

Also if you want to get more Nolva remember you can buy it as a research chemical from the board sponsor. Do you know what mg's the nolvas you have right now are? Doing 4 weeks of DBOL will be easy, just remember if it DOES shut you down (I have no experience with running dbol only, especially for that short period of time so I don't know if it will) having the proper PCT (no herbal shit) will help your body recover itself to your natural test levels. And since you have never taken DBOL before it would be smart to have extra nolva on hand, who know's you may be extremely sensitive to gyno/sides.

Def will take that into consideration as far as not taking the weekends off! I think they are 20 mg nolvas. they've been sitting around for so long and i haven't even thought about taking them so much as looking at them in the past few months but i'm pretty sure they are 20mgs and I'm just praying gyno issues won't arise as i've never had itchy nips or sore nips in the past few years while experimenting with my diet and pro hormones and all the over counter bs i've messed around with. So honestly i'm just praying that issues won't arise.

I am interested to know why you would not keep this mass very long? Is this because of running dbol alone - i.e. water retention? I seem to maintain most gains but i like to run a low dose of test no matter what.
 
Listen dude, I did a dbol only cycle a few months ago. My first steroid and not totally, but pretty much a big waste of time. I gained 4lbs of LBM after all was said and done(after PCT and a month later). Drop this idea and get you some injections. I am about to start my next cycle which will be just Test E. If you are going to do it anyway, you need more Nolva on hand. Herbal crap won't do anything for your PCT. Take it from me, Dbol will shut you down. Check out AG(sponsor of board) and get you some Nolva from there. I got gyno from dbol(which I will never run these again) and it took me forever to get rid of it.

Gyno from dbol aone? Very interesting. How much were you running? Has anyone else experienced the bad symptons at low dosages (20-25mgs pink dragons)??? And or did you experience gyno symptons before during or after u used them? appreciate all the input!!!!!
