I'm taking 35mg/day. I work out in the morning around 9 or 10. From what I have gathered from this board, most of you think it is better to spread the Dbol throughout the day so this is what Ive been doing.
I take 4 tabs around 8 am, then 2 tabs around noon or 1, then 1 tab at 5 or 6.
Does this look ok to you guys? Should I spread the doses out more evenly? Should I take more or fewer tabs in the morning before my workout?
Any and all suggestions appreciated.
