Dbol amounts and times?

I'm taking 35mg/day. I work out in the morning around 9 or 10. From what I have gathered from this board, most of you think it is better to spread the Dbol throughout the day so this is what Ive been doing.

I take 4 tabs around 8 am, then 2 tabs around noon or 1, then 1 tab at 5 or 6.

Does this look ok to you guys? Should I spread the doses out more evenly? Should I take more or fewer tabs in the morning before my workout?

Any and all suggestions appreciated.

Yeah- and if you can time it so that you take one about 30-45 mins before your workout you'll get a nice little boost.
 
Instead of taking 1 tab 30-45 minutes before workout...is taking 3 or 4 tabs ok as well/ better / worse?
 
If i were you I would stick with what bumpo said. Try to spread them out as even as you can throughout the day, so it is evenly distributed in your bloodstream. They say that side effects come from the hormonal levels in your body going up and down, so if thats true this will help. I take 25mg ed right now. I have 10mg tabs and i take 1 tab when i wake up (4:30 AM), a half tab at noon, and another tab at about 10:00 PM or so. Good luck!

Like we said- for best results spread out the tabs as much as possible- that's it.

You want as even of a blood concentration as possible.
 
youll wanna eat them with no more than 6 hours apart from each dose....half of the methandrostenolone will be out of your body in 3-4.2 hours i...or somewhere around there
 
Here is a chart that someone gave me for the approx. blood concentration levels of thaking 50mg of dbol all at once or spread out. This will illustrate the concepts below a little more clearly.


All at once:
9am all 50mg
1pm 25mg will be in your system
5pm 12.5mg
9pm 6.25mg

Now splitting dosage:
9am 10mg
11am take another 10mg (Roughly 17.5mg now in system)
1pm Take another 10mg (Roughly 22.5mg in system)
3pm Take another 10mg (25mg in system)
5pm Take another 10mg (26.625mg in system)


As for what is best, that all depends on what you are using the dbol for. Spreading out will give you more stable blood conc. levels which is more conducive to anabolism.
There is other ways to use dbol though. The "load-up" To load up 1-2 hours before a work out. I do this from time to time to amp up the intensity a little.
You can also do a pre work-out load up and spread the rest over the day.
There are infinite ways to use gear. Try a few different ways and see which fits your methodology.
It basically comes down to what you are looking for. Some will benifit more from the load-up, some will benefit more from the stable conc. levels.
 
I have only taken d-bol for one cycle and found I like to take all of it before I work out, and maybe ¼ of the total about 1.5 hours before I work out. Which works for me since I usually workout in the after noon.

The few times I did work out in the morning, like you do currently, I would wake up and take a few, then go back to bed and take a couple more right when I would get up about 7 AM

The half life is so short I think you want as much in your system when you are working out and resting as possible.


What kind of D-bol are you on and how big are you?

Also on 3rd week of sust250/week and deca300/week

Weighed 180-183 before cycle.
 
I took my 5 mg pinkies every 2.5 - 3 hrs
Also popped an extra right before the gym
worked great for me. Today was day 1 without them and I am sad :bawling:
 
10mg per pop... have it during a meal... that way it will get into the bloodstream... As I posted on an earlier thread... 10mg put into your bloodstream will increase your test leves by 5x. the half-life is 3-4.5 hours... so eating every 4 hours would do the trick

Finaflex hit it right on. THis is how I use dbol, load it at a higher dose when you wake up, preworkout, then spread the rest evenly throughout the day. THat worked the best for me.
