for the last month, ive been pressing 35s- so I went up to 40s & my right side was ok-- but my left couldnt lift the fricken dumbell!! Tried the 40s again last wk & my left is still too weak...
so is it totally lame to press 35 on one side & 40 on the other? Besides a strenght imbalance (from 10 yrs playing tennis)- is there anything else that would be a problem doing this?
