Im 26 5'5'' and I weigh 145 lbs. I run 20 to 30 in a day, and Im planning to start weight training again ( I was lifting 5 days a week 2 hours a day and I got hurt). I started my clen ( liquid) this morning at 20mcg. I took 1000mg potassium, and 500mg of tuarine. Im trying to keep my water intake up but I was only able to get down half a gallon today...Ill try for more tomorrow. I had the shakes pretty badly this morning for about two hours and I had a headache this afternoon. I plan to take 40 mcg tomorrow. Im unsure about wether Im going to do two days on two off or two weeks on two off. Im adjusting my diet which is already pretty healthy, Im lowering my carb and sugar intake. Once I get a little more used to the side affects Im going to start my old workout routine again. If you read this and have any suggestions or helpful hints they are welcome.
