Day 40 Progress

Very happy so far....300 Eq (ttokkyo) and 250 Test Enanthate (Schering) every 4 days.

Up 28 pounds 230. BF is around 8%. No fat gain, no visible bloat(.5 arimidex ED).

Just started some Thai Dbombs about 5 days ago....Bought 100, doing 25mg ED for 3 weeks. All I have to say is, I love those pink pills. Pumps are amazing. Start Fina in a week. Can not wait to start Fina after hearing only good things.

Bench is up about 40 pounds.

I am training my legs hardcore for the first time in years (tore ACL 4 years ago). I am actually training legs a lot smarter. When full sqats are done properly..they are amazing.

Today I start to clean up my diet...no more milk, bread, Peanut butter. Only low glycemic carbs (except after workout). I will start cardio 3 days a week.

Nice progress bro! I would go easy on that knee. Whats you diet and training like?

Yeah..I baby the knee. I do a lot of warm up sets and pyramid the weight. I also wear knee wraps for the heavy sets.

My diet has basically been to try to eat around 5000 calories and at least 300 grams of protein(usually a lot more) Was eating a lot of oatmeal and pasta. Now that I have started to cut, I am going to start keeping track of everything.

My training has been great. I train with a four day split.

1. Chest, Biceps, Forearms
2. Thighs
3. Delts, Traps, Triceps
4. Back, Deadlifts

Best workouts I have had in years. I am doing anything possible to work the muscle...drop sets, supersets, high reps...low reps.
