#1 You have the synephrine extract version in the Beta-Lean.

You need the Synephrine HCL version like in the Thermorexin.

This is like comparing 8% Ma-Huang Extract(25mg EPH) to 25mg Pure ephedrine HCL pills. There is no comparison. the pharm grade is much more powerful.

#2 Then 300mg Green tea ONLY 10% ECGC's? Thats garbage. The study done on people gave then a minimum of 90mg ECGC's 3X/day for a total of 270mg ECGC's. Yours only has 30mg ECGC's.

#3 HCA is another supplement were the quantity is just NOT sufficient. TYou need close to 5-7g TOTAL HCA(10-14g 50% extract Garcinia Cambogia to see an effect.)

#4. Caffein is fine.

#5. Naringin is fine as well.

#6 15mg Cayenne? Standardized for how many HTU's(Heat units). You need at least 100mg Cayenne standardized to 80-120 000 HTU's to see a thermogenic effect.

My recommendation? Feed the Beta-HP to your neighbours dog.

EAS sucks, and will always suck with its inferior products.

OK..I can't remember what day I am on but I never had the huge water weight drop in the first few because I started with 1 pill 2 times the first day....I have lost 9lbs in a little over a week. I had previously mentioned not sweating enough on 4 pills and I went to 6. (at 4 pills I did get the heat in waves but nothing major) 6 pills was tooo much..

I felt fine after 2 but definitely felt warmer and was OK in front of my desk fan...took 2 more at noon and around 2:30 started to bead up with sweat and the back of my neck and ass was practically dripping...took two more at 5:30 and I was sweating changing our of my work clothes and into my workout clothes. by the time I drove to the gym I was dripping and some of the guys thought I ran to the gym it was so bad. I normally use DNP at 500Mgs a day (250 in the am and 250 in the pm) and I am not positive if those dosages are accurate as I did not make them myself). 6 pills had me sweating as much as 500mgs of DNP and the best part was I didn't feel the lethargic feeling I get on DNP. One main difference is when I take DNP I sweat all night...with thermo I stop with the heat by midnight so it is more comfortable to sleep but probably not burning as much fat as DNP.
My summation:
Maybe on Thermo I have to use it for 2 weeks instead of one week of DNP for the same results but since the risks are less, I am hooked. I'll still use my DNP now and again but if the thermo keeps working like this for me then I think I'll stock up on thermo and cut one major risk out of my life. For those who know me I am an extreme advocate of DNP, so for me to say this, in my opinion it works great for me personally and it is comparable to low dosages of DNP.

Fresh you may need to use 2 caps. Some people do. Except to say that everyone is different I don't see any pattern really. The appy suppression stopped a 303 lb powerlifter post workout at an all you eat buffet at half his normal intake. It stops supernav, me, and hundreds of others from eating when we don't want to. But like I said in all the data we're collecting we don't see any pattern. It seemingly prevents hunger across all weight, age, sex, diet, and training groups. But nothing is 100% for everyone on the planet, nothing.
 
so do you think dosage is by weight or tolerance? right know i am flucuating around 260/270. i take 2 caps 90 minutes apart. i will try taking 2 at once this afternoon.
 
im not a expert, but i dont think it has much to do with weight. my girlfriend was up to 3 tabs a day, and was still hungry as normal.
also, thanks mac and ulter, the banana thing is workin for her right now. she has gone down to 1 tab a day right before her workout, and no sides.
 
What kind of diet are you guys using on thermorexin?
I was gonna use it with a low - 0 carb diet but is it better to have some carbs due to the glucorel in it???

havent had any prostate related problems on t-rex within 3days of use.

t-rex was great for my workout today. i definitely noticed the slight increase in my strength. :p
