well, ill try to give what info i can.
she's 23
her diet is approx 2000 cals
3 meals a day (i know, should be more)
breakfast is a small portion of eggs, bacon, and potato
lunch is a sandwich, turkey and cheese, or ham and cheese, with some crackers
dinner is usually chicken (skinless boneless), along with a small side of rice, or beans.
all these meals are on the small side, definatly woman size. each day varies some but this would be the norm.
i know the diet isnt ideal, me and her arent nutrition freaks.
no anxiety
low blood pressure
has alot of endureance, can run miles at the high school, no problem.
