I could be wrong but I dont think Kimber claims to be the ideal conceal /carry weapon. If you want a guy that has been proven on the streets and battle field then def go with a glock. Add to it the difference in weight and you gotta go with glock. Kimbers are nice to shoot and like I stated in an earlier post...you have to work with a gun smith to dial it in to your shooting style. Like I said I own 3 Glocks 19,26,31...and let me tell you the 31 shoots fire boys and the knock down with the .357sig round for it...bad ass

Jesus I feel old...rollin' with my Colt 1911 and Remington 870 Express for home defense and the coming zombie plague...

At least I have a shitload of rounds and plenty of scavenge parts...

Everyone laughs at me when I tell them I am gearing up for the coming Zombie Apocalypse. Just picked up a Sig 556 Swat rifle and put and ACOG 4X scope on it. Also got a Taurus Judge Public Defender, I like the Idea of .410 shotshells out of a 2" barrel revolver.

As for everyone else just pony up the money and buy Sigs wayyyyyy better than glock.

In my prep for the coming plague I have:

Mossberg 500 12ga with 7 shot tube
Sig P220 Combat .45 ACP
Sig SP2340 .40 S&W
Sig P239 .40 S&W
Springfield Armory GI 1911 hi-cap(13rnd mags) .45 ACP
Taurus Judge .45LC/.410 shotshells
Ruger Vaquero .45LC
Ithica Featherlight 16ga with modified action
2 .22LR rifles.

Just need to replace my 300 win mag that I sold and I think I am ready gun wise. I am thinking either RRA 308 LR or maybe pony up for the Knight's Armaments SR-25 but still not sure about dropping nearly $5K on a base model gun.

Also remember that the moutains have a great tactical advantage and I live 10mi from them.
