The guy who just won the heavyweights just lifted 568 pounds. Over his head. Holy crap.

How many of us can even deadlift that, much less clean it and then press it overhead.

correction (this will seem like nit picking-sorry) but yes, they are strong, but a better word for them is they are powerful i.e explosive strength
a deadlift is about sheer strength, a clean and jerk is about power. not to mention that these guys have absolutely the best form and technique.

Germany. He's a young kid in his twenties. I don't know his name, but it was awesome seeing his reaction to winning the gold. I can't even imagine how great that would feel.
